Perhaps you could re-phrase, at present the question doesn't seem to make sense. Just expand on your thought this might clarify the meaning.

To break the question down.
the predicated on sharing aspect relates to the scientific method itself, as opposed to the unit of the value.

The quoted part, means that there is the potential for the scientific method's credibility to be understood as a sharing system; in other words, if the scientific method necessitates the act of sharing, and socialism is sharing, would the credibility in question translate to left-wing
