Hi,
I'm keen on realizing what considers doing theory? Which one of this three strategies is the right one: critical thinking, reflecting, or thinking?

1) Problem settling: What I comprehend by critical thinking is tackling a word issue. For instance, in my variable based math class we were inquired, "For this present year 14000 understudies entered clinical school. Assuming the number increases by 2%. The number of will there be one year from now?" In request to tackle, this issue you want to recognize the various parts, separate it down into more modest parts, and apply the rate equation.

14000(current clinical students)+14000(2/100)(percentage formula)=280( new understudies), then, at that point, add the new students(280) to the quantity of current students(14000) and the response will be 14280(students) one year from now.

While doing this type of critical thinking, it is a generic approach to tackling the issue, you essentially take a gander at the issue, recognize its parts and afterward apply the equation. Hence, there is a system to tackle this issue. Another model would attract the missing leg of a table an image. You are taking a gander at an issue and it is missing to add what.

2) Reflecting: How I characterize reflecting would conceptualize, not disposing of thoughts and bring my own insight. For instance, when I was reflecting about race in my group of reasoning and race. I was reflecting about the distinction between "american can't stand prejudice" and "latin america express bigotry" subsequently, when I was reflecting of american "can't stand prejudice" I was finding out about the crowds in the south and how they perpetrated can't stand violations. While when I was considering latin american prejudice I contemplated this person I used to realize who might utilize racial slurs however not being essentially pernicious in his mean. Along these lines, I was bringing my own insight, looking into the individual involvement in the recorded text that I was perusing. In any case, I had no design in the manner in which I was reflecting, I could just picture this person being bigoted, or picture of the hordes attempting to go after somebody. What I am attempting to get add is that there was no linearity in the manner I was thinking about this issues and it was exceptionally open finished. I could likewise rehash similar pictures to me and attempt to track down new understandings.

3) Thinking: What I characterize as thinking would be a type of reflecting determined to go with a choice. For instance, if I somehow managed to choose if I ought to go to purchase juice. I would just place the reason " Should I purchase juice in store An or store B?" Reasons why I ought to go to store A: 1) It is nearer to where I live 2)It sells squeezed apple, motivations behind why I ought to go to store 1)it has a more amicable staff 2) I like the brilliant lights of the store better. So in the event that I pick the store B due to reason a, I will dispose of store An and I won't proceed to reconsidering it. This is on the grounds that I have proactively pursued my choice. Interestingly, with reflection, regardless of whether a thought isn't right, I would in any case be thinking about this is on the grounds that I don't have a particular reason as a main priority, I am essentially going through thoughts over and over.

Well this are only a few considerations I have, I may be totally off-base, however I simply following what AJ Meyer said on having the right demeanor, of asking attempting to sort this out.

....
There are various perspectives to 'theory'.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theory
So you need to consider in which perspective are you deliberating re theory.

Once you have established which perspective of 'theory' you are considering, you will probably have to use all the above strategies critical thinking, reflecting, or thinking and more tools [philosophical, e.g. logic, deductive & inductive arguments, vertical & lateral thinking, etc.] to ensure your "theory" is sound.
