Good governance is to provide people the best ways to do things for themselves such that they won't desire to work outside the system to accomplish any legitimate objective.

if they have to or need to work inside the system then how is it they are doing for themselves and not for the survival of the system? sounds like a china brand communism. to what value is there that one shouldn't work outside the "system" other than for the survival of the system. should no one use the system then the system would come to an end or be irrelevant, correct?

There is no such thing as good governance. All governments are oppressive and all laws are unjust. Only those in political power ever benefit from government and always at the expense of the governed.

I said that they should Not have to work Outside the system. That's the polar opposite of what you said i said, that they must work inside it. The whole point is that the reason for the system's existence is to provide them with the best options. If the system works properly they won't have any need to do otherwise. There's nothing implied about force or compliance in what i said.
