faith is belief and trust (look it up). and living things believe and trust what they know, and have no faith in what they don't know.
politicians seek out what the public knows or is familiar with and tries to emulate that same likeness and image.
people who stay with and abusive spouse do the same they stay with what they know and can trust it to be what it is, because in many cases if some one was nice to them all the time and treated them with respect, then they don't believe the person or trust them because they have been taught otherwise and believe and trust what they've been taught.
some have been taught religion in their lives and they believe and trust value of the religion, maybe not the god, but the religion. some say they know the Living God (Most High) therefore they believe and trust what they know. those who don't know, don't believe and or trust.

''Claimed Knowing'' is nothing more than just blind belief, and or, assumption, and or, hypothesis, and or, speculation, in other words...Any claim to know anything at all, is nought but pure imagination...Why so? ...because 'no one' who is born is ever actually present at that birth to be able to know it occurred to them personally, nor is that birthed one absent from the birth. You cannot know you are alive. . . for the same reason you cannot know you are dead.
There is no one who is born, there is no one who dies.
You cannot remember your birth because you were never born. In philosophy of self, self-awareness is the experience of one's own personality or individuality. It is not to be confused with consciousness the imageless image...aka a looked upon projection of consciousness.
