Absolutely. If it did work, it would look something like this:
A small team of American armed infiltrators would storm a church in england during a marriage ceremony and take the officiant hostage. Once the officiant was contained, the team leader would contact another small team posing as a news crew doing live coverage in a public area. The crew would consist of a camera man, satellite communications tech and a journalist.
The team at the church would send a live feed of the officiant hostage to be shown on a video display. Team B (the news crew) would then get the attention of a few English passersby, ask them to view the live feed image of the officiant hostage, and demand that they (the passersby) name and acknowledge at least three major American moviestars... or the marriage ceremony of which the officiant hostage is part, will not be allowed to proceed.
