Are you asking, What, exactly, is the definition of 'the theory of Everything', or, what, exactly, is 'the theory of Everything'? Or, some thing else?
Depending on you clarifying this will depend on what answers you receive.
A definition for the 'the theory of Everything' is just what some presume/assume explains ALL-OF-THIS.
'A theory of Everything' is EVERY thing combined, literally, is Everything, is explained, and understood, as thee One ONLY Truth. The simplest explanation is that EVERY thing has an opposite, with BOTH sitting in equilibrium, as One - inseparable, infinite, and eternal.
But this is NOT really 'A theory' as it is a valid explanation and has ALREADY been PROVED True, Right, Accurate, AND Correct, and as such is an irrefutable FACT, which will soon become recognized and also KNOWN by 'you', human beings.
