He´s so much a caricature of a rich boy. If you believe the article.
"I can´t do what I chose because I have a family..."
And his litte leftist escapades with other rich boys looking for that mantra of a meaningful life.
La Rochelle obviously didn´t learn him much. Compare Les Mots to anyone where I grew up...
But some of his writings are still fruitful. Not least Les Mots = Lifestyle of the rich and famous at 10yo...
Still, a little better than Kierkegaard - even richer and even more hypnotized by those CHOICES...
