Eternal return (also known as eternal recurrence) is a concept that the universe and all existence and energy has been recurring, and will continue to recur, in a self-similar form an infinite number of times across infinite time or space.

''Spacious Aliveness'' is all there is, was and ever will be. It's infinitely free. Life can only come from life, which means there has to be an infinite sequence of life going back forever. But since the universe doesn't go back forever, then it's logical to deduce that the origin of life exists outside of the space time coordinates where the universe started.Therefore, that which is assumed to begin and end, cannot exist.
'No thing' can know it lives or dies. And 'No thing' cannot not know it lives or dies. There is no way out, or escape from infinity.
You ARE infinity.

If we are immortal then there is no need to believe in punishment or revenge because any failure is then just a temporary glitch in reality

No one is immortal.
No one is a believer.
No one is a punisher.
No one takes revenge.
No one fails.
Temporary is forever.
Knowledge is a narrative, it's a story no one wrote or read.
Narratives are not real, they are visions of emptiness, they are empty visions, with about as much substance reality to them as a dream, or indeed ''Cinderella'' or '' Betty Boop'' having a biological Father.
No one is speaking. No one is reading. No one is listening. No one is living. No one is dying.
