Interesting set of related topics on disablity today! [March 24, 2021] I also see that Rick has added a section, "Philosophical Counselling", which could add an interesting twist to helping to aide people. I DO think that speaking out in open forums with people who are able to discuss directly with others competent in philosophy, logic, and debate can help. It's cathartic if it is not done in a way that ISOLATES those into special private domains where others only tend to echo their angst.
