But a contented sigh is an 'emotion', or internal feeling.

A contented sigh is NOT a 'thought'.

Unless, of course, you can show otherwise by informing 'us' of what the actual 'thought' is that gives 'you' that contented feeling/emotion, and make 'you' sigh like that?

Ok, let's pick some nits. The thought doesn't need to be the sigh itself, it could be the realization that the sigh represents ultimate tranquility, or various other representations.
