Culture is relative, truth is not.
But this is ACTUAL PROVE that 'truth' can be relative.
In fact, to some, 'truth' is relative, while 'Truth' is objective.
So, literally, what 'truth' is, to you, is not necessarily what 'truth' is to "others". Therefore, 'truth' is relative.

This isn't an epistemological thread but truth is that which is Least subjective, and duh. Also, contingent on accounting for perspective is not subjective as in arbitrary, the way you seem to be intending it with objective meaning non-arbitrary.
