There is someone out there who desperately needs exactly the sort of wisdom and insight (or resources) you possess and would freely give; but society cares not to facilitate those interactions.

Who in society should "care to facilitate" such interactions?
Are your hands tied behind your back? Why can't you make it happen?

Anyone who's smart enough to recognize that society as a whole is better off by facilitating such interactions, and that includes you.
Are your hands tied behind your back? Why can't you make it happen?
Literally, no. Figuratively, yes. My hands are tied by lack of resources and lack of finding anyone smart enough to recognize that society as a whole is better off by facilitating such interactions.
