How does a clock know the time and I don't?

A clock does not know the time. It just moves at a certain rate, let's call it V. T=X/V where T is the time passed to move distance X. That is how we measure time. For what concerns you, you know what waiting is, that is the passage of time.

bahman ans Skepdick thanks for your replies which I have no argument against.

I just thinking how amusing it is that we do not know what the time is, until an external object informs us. It's almost as if the object knows before we do. We rely on a measuring device, an object to inform us what we do not know, as if the object knows more than us.

FFS. (and lol) Talk about the synchronicity of late - and Skepdick - U might have an answer for this one -prolly not since its MS bollocks (i think it might be an app thing screwing things)

Over the past week - my PC Win10 clock keeps going out of wack - as I just jump in to this post I see again - it is out - by 4.5 hrs (behind) what it should be.

Settings R using MS clock sync. If I flag off then on auto sync time - the correct time returns..

Ok thanks, don't you mean a mind constructed time?

If time is construct of mind, then how does the mind know what time it is, the mind would still have to rely on the clock to inform it, so what knows time, the clock or the mind?

Washington wanted it sooo bad - either they were too busy washing tons of shit off their egos for it...or - most of the worlds maps were already worked out with stuff beyond what's just solar timed back to the GMT Green wich Means Time.
