why reparations are bullshit

The effects of the harm they attempt to mitigate are already so broadly disbursed that not only is it an intractible task to choose who gets compensated, but choosing who has to pay would produce a brand new victim class who are utterly unrelated to the original harms, themselves entitled to compensation.
