Clarification requires removing parts :to simplify the matter until it's clear which are the important ones.
Justification requires adding parts :to ensure all stakeholders and relevant information is accounted for.
Wisdom is combining the two.

This wisdom is based on the extent and limits of what you (and perhaps others) "know" and believe and agree on. How can we determine how much wisdom is within such wisdom?
