What if you could give your child maximum freedom to explore their world and discover themselves by letting them pursue their own interests, within the limits of safety and necessity, and responding with advice about how that subject interacts with others or how it's useful in the real world?

The child might become brilliant, creative and uncontrollable - but would not fit into a society.

What do you mean by; What if you could ...?

OBVIOUSLY, 'you' COULD do this.

What happens if 'you' did do this, then you would have much more well-adjusted and much better human beings, adult and child, roaming the earth.

I say IF because society might not let you and it might not produce the results intended.
