When I became enlightened, it felt like this

Enlightenment to me meant the end of the search for ''me'', it meant the ''me'' died.

Which then prompted a desire to read books like this



Enlightenment also informed me the pointlessness and futility of intentional suicide, knowing that other lives are still being forced to live a life they never asked for. So it dawned on me that there is no ''me'' to kill. We can only eliminate and eradicate all pain and suffering itself by refusing to desire it into existence.

When we can all agree that life is suffering and that as knowers of our suffering we can opt for extinction any time we like, all we have to do is agree that the pain of suffering is the price we pay for LOVE...we can see that LOVE is just another word for suffering and pain, and just NEVER worth the price, in that the price is just too HIGH.

Although ON THE OTHER HAND, it does seem like LOVE is a price worth paying, and so it does seem like until we have had enough of all the hurting, we will continue to love the pain of suffering and all the hurting that comes with it.

The surprising good news for the ''Enlightened Being'' is that they KNOW there is nobody who suffers pain, they KNOW there's just pain and there is no body part that is experiencing the pain crying-out and claiming that pain. For example: the severed finger does not cry out in pain. The sensation is felt not in the severed finger but in the brain. No brain, no pain. So why make pain making brains at all, especially when we don't have to? All those brains out there can opt out any time they want, they've got the brain to know that pain is bad and no pain is good.

So why impose a new brain into existence when we don't have to? this never made any sense to me.

We also know that we can only feel the sensations from our own brain, and not from the brain of another brain.

The Buddha offered a path out of suffering, which somehow gets ignored when folks consider suffering.

To see and feel beyond what one has seen and felt previously... which (it appears to me) is an ongoing, never-ending, continually-expansive/flexible/fluid experience.

There is no destination to reach or settle on, as then enlightenment ceases in order to maintain a platform.

No Walker, the Buddha that speaks of knowledge is a liar.

There is no way out of suffering that we can know of.

What is seen and felt that is beyond previous seeing and feeling, can only be coming from a knowledge stored in memory, so what's changed about seeing and feeling that is now new and not of the old held in memory?
