the judicious use of n*****

Accepting that the word n***** is typically understood a) to apply to black people b) usually imply negativity, shouldn't anyone jumped, robbed, etc. by a black person be legally entitled to use the word n*****?
What denial of this right could possibly be other than an additional harm to the victim?
If i say "I was jumped by two niggers who broke my jaw." that's an accurate assessment of reality. Is it possible to ethically ban any accurate articulation of reality?
Every objection i can come up with is either victim-blaming anti-justice, or amounts to saying the word has no legitimate use at all, which is not how words work.
