Definitely a racist position. Jonathan Haidt has proposed a dual university system. One based on the "old values" of free speech and intellectual inquiry, and the other based on "safe spaces", "equal outcomes", etc. Students could choose which to attend but universities would be required to be honest about what the purport to be.
