Isn't it a mental illness to want to carry an ancient torture/murder device around your neck?

seems so to me - since the Romans killing thousands that way, including sparticus and his 500 followers.

maybe a small guotine neckless would make as much sense?

or an electric chair miniature?

crossbow?

a small LittleBoy/or Fatman model to wear around the neck?
