"Ought[ing] from IS" is a fact and the process generate facts, which are evidently a state-of-affairs in reality independent of individual's opinions and beliefs, thus objective.

This process of 'ought[ing] from "IS" is going on everywhere in reality without giving damn fuck to what Hume insisted with his "Hume's guilotine".

In politics, government, the legislatures has been enacting laws within a Legal Framework and System and enforcing 'oughts' and 'ought-nots' based on "IS" i.e. empirical evidences of what is going on in reality.

In other aspects of life, various groups from their respective Framework and System had been establishing and enforcing 'oughts' and 'ought-nots' based on "IS" i.e. empirical evidences of what is going on in reality.
Note the rule and prohibitions set by organizations.

Even parents has their set of oughts and ought-nots onto their children from 'IS' based on personal experiences and experience from traditions and culture.

All these oughts and ought-nots are facts.
Who is to deny, the law that punish a murder is not a legal fact justified from a Legal Framework and System.
Other specific Framework and Systems will establish and justify their specific facts with various degrees of veracity.

Therefore who can deny, the Moral Framework and System does generate Justified True moral Belief [JTmB], i.e. moral facts?

Hume insisted one cannot obtain an 'ought' from 'is' due the point there is no relation between a fact and an ought of moral value.
But this 'relation' is merely very specific to his theory, not necessary applicable to other Framework and System of Knowledge.
One ought to note from 'is' that Hume's maxim is based on a specific Framework and System of Linguistic or Language and its various philosophical theories.

One point to note is, Hume also postulated the Problem of Induction and the Limits of Causation that has a restriction on knowledge and truths.
However one ought to note from 'is', again, that Hume's maxim is based on a specific Framework and System of Logic between Deduction and Induction and its various philosophical theories.

But what is most critical to humanity is, real genuine scientists had not and will not give a damn fuck with Hume's restraining maxims but proceeded ahead to establish scientific knowledge, truths and facts [from the Scientific F/S] that had a TREMENDOUS significant contribution to the well being of humanity [inevitably along with potential threats that need to be faced with*].

Within the evolutionary scale, Morality is a later-comer than Science, but real moralists [empirical moral realists] will not give a damn fuck to Hume's guillotine.
They will proceed to establish a Framework and System of Morality [equivalent to the Framework and System of Science] to establish is relative moral facts justified upon empirical evidences and philosophical reasoning, to be used as GUIDES, i.e. standards and grounds, to guide human actions for the greater good of humanity.
