According to most spelling is a law of nature. Thus, in England, English nature produced colours. But, in other parts, color grew up from the earth. Yet, this is partly true, for nature is an empty word. Or, is one people "more natural?" If so, the less natural people spell falsly. Against the physical law of spelling. However, how is it possible to break a physical law? By miricle?

Neither American English nor the Queen's spell neophyte as nyophite. You got it wrong. Humble yourself and admit it. Or take some meds or something. You're off your rocker.

Although any of us can misspell words at one time or another, frequent misspellings demonstrates laziness, sloppiness, and a lowered bar for intelligence. Whatever you put your mind to -- including communication -- deserves some level of effort to do it well. And how you do anything, could be a sign of how you do everything!

So naturally, someone boasting of intelligence who exhibits such laziness and sloppiness while claiming that they are TOO intelligent "to conform" to a higher bar of accuracy , isn't worth taking seriously.

Harlan Ellison said sumthin' along the lines of: if you spell cat as kat that'll pass, but spelling cat as dog, well, that presents a problem.

It is right by a possible standard. Why would nations be the controlling authority, or their yosage? I impose a new standard by living. Or, is spelling true knowledge of a discovery about the universe like the discovery of the nucleus of the atom?

According to most intelligent people, spelling is not natural as it must be learned.
