Covid19 - 10,049 Death - Why the Worry?

there is 10,049 death to date at the point of posting this OP.
Often when I post the following statistics;
36,548 incidents-with-fatality to date by Islamic terrorists.
Many-Xs will counter with this;

Like Traffic-Road accident is 1.24 million in one year 2017.
There are only 26,445 terrorist related death in 2017 which is at the bottom of the list.
Thus they imply I should not be too concern with Islamic terrorism but should be more concern with other sources of death with more than a million per year [2017].
Now that there are 10,049 death to date from Covid19 and there is so much panic and paranoid by people worldwide, why the same people, i.e. Many-Xs who condemned my highlighting of death by Islamic terrorism did not bring the comparison of greater deaths by cancer, diseases, road accidents, fire, etc. to condemn those who are panicking over the covid19 cases of death and infections.
Note, for me, one premature death is one death too many and must be investigated and be given the necessary concern.
Why are the Many-Xs who claimed it is more likely for one to be killed in a traffic accident than being killed by a Muslim terrorist, not bringing the same argument for the fears arising from the Covid19 pandemic?
