Mind, form of mater and experience

There is no emergence of experience. All sorts of possible information that can lead to experiences through mind intervention are hidden in mater. The form of mater just allows/facilitates the experience of one over another.

Experience occurs within matter but it is still emergent since everything is in a state of perpetual motion
Not just at the obvious physical level but also for us at the psychological and philosophical levels as well

All I am saying is that if it is not there then it cannot comes out of there.
