Something and nothing are both possible. Nothing is one state of affair. Something however countless states of affair. Therefore, nothing is unstable. Then Big Bang.

No big issue here.
For every action[thing] there is an equal and opposite reaction [thing].
Note Yin and Yang in complementarity.
The critical point is the 'nothing' is conditioned upon 'something' and vice-versa.
As long as we recognized the 'conditional' factor, there is no issue.
The problem begins when one claim either 'nothing' or 'something' is unconditional, i.e. exist independently of the other.
One example is when that 'nothing' or 'something' is attributed to 'GOD' the ultimate independent something or nothing.
