"THE DECLINE OF THE WEST"

I am interested in discussing an aspect of Oswald Spengler's major work, "The Decline of the West" ( 1922). If anyone is familiar with this text, and would like to help me with my query please let me know, and I will explain what it is I am finding difficult to understand.
