Joining In

I studied philosophy many moons ago but wound up getting involved in rehabilitation counseling and later university research as a career. But I enjoy discussing about philosophy concepts with thoughtful people. I live in New Hampshire and try to live close to the earth, keeping chickens for eggs and a substantial garden.

Welcome - i joined only 5 months ago myself.
this place seems to allow liberty (the mods are fair and allow free speech - unlike another place of near same name and banned me for (what? no clue - must have violated some mantra not known to me) - I visited your woods 7 yrs ago. White Mountains are pure "Purdy" - esp for one like me from "flatland" of Okihomie.
your culture (Libertarian - free thinkers - Vermont was an independent Republic for a couple of years) in VT/NH/ME is one i respect and identify with.
