Many advertisements and many scenes in films use slow motion to express moments of particular happiness and elation.
How about introducing slow motion in our everyday lives ?
Moving a piece of ice-cream into our mouth in slow motion.
Walking up the stairs in slow motion.
Laughing in slow motion.
Posting in slow motion.
Can slow motion make us more happy and less depressed ?

I'm not quite sure what it is you're trying to say. You mean if we filmed ourselves and slowed down the footage, if we play pretend, or if time in general was actually that slow? It's a bit of an odd thought to be honest.

What I mean is: does it make sense to slow down artificially in order to achieve some special effects ?
Effects opposite to those achieved with hurrying.

The hurry-er I go, the behind-er I get.

I am thinking of a slow motion day, as an experiment.
Some areas of life might present a problem.
Crossing the street in slow motion.
Only if the street is very long and you can see no car coming in about 5 minutes.
Listening in slow motion to the radio.
You pick up one sentence and ruminate over it for some time. This would imply that you are able to switch the brain off from listening or turning the tune down.
Reading in slow motion works fine.

You are describing an old mindfulness exercise. Requiring conscious intention in this way offers an indication of our conscious potential for self awareness.

I advise you not to become too aware of yourself, Nick, it would only disappoint you.

That's the idea. You are one of the beautiful people. You cannot be expected to have any objective self awareness so will not be disappointed.

You flatter me, in reality I'm no more than extremely attractive.

"Objective self awareness"? I don't think anyone can be expected to be objective about themself, Nick, I think that would be something of a contradiction.

Hey Harb,
Do you think that sex is better slow or fast?
