Where do you think the objection to 'chairman' started? Btw, I agree with you here. The word 'chairman' originated when there were no women occupying 'chairs' and no PC toss-buckets. The name has historical significance if nothing else. Messing with the language is a favourite tactic of disingenuous PC social engineering wannabes.

Especially when posted on the internet by someone like Bob, then it's totally meaningless.

Bob had better be careful who he stands next to.

A man was golfing with his pastor and he missed a shot and let go a string of expletives that would embarrass a sailor.
The pastor then told him that if he kept talking like that God was going to strike him dead.
The Man apologized and promised to not say things like that again.
A little later he missed a short putt and exclaimed "Damn it, I missed again!" where on the preacher said "I warned you"
Just then a lightning bolt came out of the sky and hit the preacher killing him instantly, and a voice boomed out of the cloud, "Damn it, I missed again!"
