explicitly and implicitly?

It's common knowledge that drinking and drugging can lead to killing. I contend that those activities increases the likelihood of it happening, but I also contend that killing/murder may still happen without those activities.

Another reason I offer is that eating, through the food chain, leads to killing and is inevitable. So get used to it.

Okay, Phil, I'm going to start working on learning to live with that right away.

You may want to get more informed, PhilX.

Consider these cases:
Humanistic, vet approved slaughter of cattle etc.
Torture to death cases of animals.
Torture to death cases of people, all from infants, children, adolescents, adults and elderly.
By corruption of systems, hunger death to people, most typically in Africa.
The ordinary hunting of animals in nature by shotguns, rifles.

All life depends on killing to survive, Get used to it.

When I was young we raised rabbits, it was assigned to my brother and I to kill and butcher the rabbits when they got big enough to eat. We did and I learned our place on the food chain. It doesn't matter whether you are killing an animal or a plant, it's all killing.

That we all kill, we shouldn't be shocked that killing always happens under different circumstances, that anyone who accuses others of killing and murdering are hypocrites, etc.

I agree that usually it is the woman preparing the meal in the home but in restaurants men are usually the chef, why is that? Could it be the traditional roles of the man and the woman? The man usually has a job to earn a living including being a chef and the woman usually takes care of the home including preparing the meals, I understand that those roles are changing. Does anyone have the figures of the total number of meals prepared both in the home and in restaurants by men and the number prepared by women? or how would I look that up? All I've found so far are statistics of cooking in the home.

Also in a restaurant a man usually does the cooking and women serve the food, why is that?

I've seen both articles and unfortunately they both focus on preparing meals in the home and don't include meals in a restaurant.

Why bother with restaurants? For every restaurant, there must be a thousand homes.

Because men are usually preparing the meal in a restaurant and a chef in a restaurant will prepare thousands of meals, compared to preparing a few meals at mealtime in a home. My son does the cooking in his home, my ex-son-in-law cooks in a restaurant and prepares many times more meals than my son, even when my son has a large get-together at his home.
