It would be silly to ask in a similar manner:

If God is omnipotent can he decide to become silly and powerless ?

Yes, he would be unreasonable to do so, which is why this is hypothetical. I'm not saying he would. The intent of the question is to ask that if God is then capable of destroying himself, how is he supreme?

No, they do not have enough will power or even ability.

A dog cannot destroy itself, the instinct of self-preservation prevents it from doing it.

A human being can destroy himself, if he loses his mind.

God could destroy himself, but he never loses his mind so he will never destroy himself.
