Is it because transgender people were generally unknown in those days?

Please, as I have said before, the first 65 books of the Bible are merely wrapping paper for Revelation, the 66th (an Ouzo combination for "mankind" that adds up to 66 in English gematria simplex, A=1 to Z=26, and is an indirect reference to 666 mentioned in Rev. 13:18). Furthermore, the book of Revelation makes no mention whatsoever of sexual orientation.

Please, this doesn't answer the question.

When you mention the Bible, you are falsely casting wrapping-paper aspersions on the book of Revelation!
