Many forms of addiction exist (which I won't bother to enumerate nor list). So I'm turning it around to see what is it we can't get addicted to? To ask, do you need a definition of addiction or do you feel safe enough to answer without the definition?

Habits are habits. The ones we profit from are cultivated; the ones that hobble we label as 'addictions' and 'diseases' and we do so to let ourselves off the hook. We take credit for the good habits and no responsibility for the bad.
