Common mistakes

I'm looking for common mistakes for nearly everybody at the begining, proven by math or experience "without a doubt" in most of cases.

Like "A book and a coke cost 1,10 $, the book is 1$ more expensive than the coke, what is the cost of the coke"? the Monty Hall problem, black swans... things like that.

I have a couple that are very contraintuitive but dont allow a quick answer. I want more to throw all of them at the same time XD.
