Watch the dog dig a hole and then promptly lie in the hole.

That's what Nonduality is.

Nonduality is just this natural random spontaneous life happening without inferred filter of the mind which is prone to deliver an interpretation about whether it should or should not have happened, or whether it is right or wrong, good or bad.

What is being watched is what's really happening. Then sometimes, another thing happens that is superimposed upon the immediate happening...which is the story of what's happening ..that's Duality.

Duality is a fictional interpretation of what's happening appearing after the event has already passed away (happened)

Without the story about what's happening, nothing happens... THIS is all Nonduality at play...it's happening and not happening at the same time....

Yes, it's like looking in a mirror. The mirror is vacuous of any reflection until it is looked at, both the looker and the looked upon are the same one..aka Nonduality...appearing Dual.

We don't "go figure" in Great Britain, thankfully, that stupid expression hasn't caught on here yet. If I ever do resort to going and figuring, I'll go and figure something of my own choosing, rather than yours. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
