It's not to ask silly questions that has been asked a billion times over and over ..and f****** over.
Not to use other people as an external brain for very simplistic questions.

Well, recently, I went through a phase of wearing a different hat every day in an attempt to impress someone. In the end, I ran out of hats and they lost interest in me.

"It's funny you should say that" is an idiomatic expression. It is usually used in relation to a coincidence of some kind. For further explanation, please ask someone else.

"should" can be used in conditional sentences
In case you arrive late please do this and that. =
Should you arrive late please do this and that.
Should is subjuctive mood of shall.
Perhaps the French grammar could provide some further explanation.
Do we have any French grammarians here ?
