1. If you don't vote, you can't complain.
2. What if nobody voted?
3. Voting is a civic responsibility.
4. Don't you care how the government is run?
5. (Add your own stupid remark.)

1. You can complain, you just have no grounds to. If you are talking about the government in power that is.
2. I'd get to choose the government.
3. So it is. It's also a sign of respect to those who fought and died for your right to do so.
4. I do, hence I vote as I prefer it to a non-democracy.
5. Bobevenson is a 'prophet'(not).

That's not true. I don't vote yet I complain all the time.
What if nobody voted?
The politicians might finally realise what we think of them.
3. Voting is a civic responsibility.
And declining to vote is a right.
4. Don't you care how the government is run?
From what I've seen, voting doesn't lead to better government.
5. (Add your own stupid remark.)
Jeremy Corbyn for Prime Minister.

I tend to agree that is someone is too lazy to vote they can't really moan about who gets in. Often it's the lazy-arses who could have made all the difference in an election.

Again, the only rational voter is the non-voter since his vote would have absolutely no effect on the outcome of an election. Do you have a hard-on for anybody who exhibits more common sense than you do?
