Nobody should have to get a good lawyer!

In the administration of justice, it is absolutely improper for the government to force people or businesses to hire lawyers to handle their cases. Lawyers should be appointed by and all court costs defrayed by the government.

Wiltrack, you're a total idiot with absolutely no concept of political philosophy. The administration of justice is a government function that is properly paid for by taxes, and should not require fees or costs of any kind from its citizens, no ifs, ands or buts!
