Constitution of the Cosmos:
No taxes for that is income earned by the public and must remain in their pockets, also they should not need to disclose how and why and how much and where and when they earned it. No keeping the world's natural wealth to myself/system, which is like - land, space, wood, rocks, cement, sand, gold, silver, emeralds, rubies, diamonds, sapphires, copper, iron, aluminium etcetera. Look after food, shelter, clothing, transport, education, health, entertainment, vacation, utilities - electricity and water, insurance, play, work, jobs, natural environment, natural atmosphere, other things related environment and atmosphere etcetera. So basically, look after needs, comforts, luxuries, as also the whole ecosystem and charge/price accordingly everywhere. Roads and maintenance put the price in the oil/gas. My world would be a Heaven.

Everything currently on earth is priced/charged, so what's with charging taxes? Keeping the nations' natural wealth to self/system? Looking after food, shelter.........all that is paid for by the public, so why extra charges here and there as well? Earth is a Hell.

Such a Constitution of the Cosmos would only serve to conceptually fracture singular reality into components by using man’s advanced capacity (as compared to critters) for dualistic thinking.

This capacity recognizes compounded things and their relationships to the extent that folks are biologically capable of recognition. That extent is influenced by corruption of human capacity. Corruption is caused by biological modifications such as physical impairments to form, and these have causes. Corruption is also caused by delusion, which is a conceptual filter. Delusion is caused by ignorance. Ignorance is caused by … (and so on).

The purpose of this fracturing would be to enumerate existing, human-recognized aspects of singular reality. Because these aspects are not created by man, but rather are recognized by man as God-given things (conditions) in a causal chain of events, then for conceptual shorthand they could be called God-given rights. (God defined as creator of life, whether that be singular or compounded).

The need for enumeration is form naturally following function. To be a unified Cosmos of societal relationships, intent must originate on the same page, as a handy reference guide for those corrupted by distractions from intent of unification.

Hell-on-earth is an idiom describing a psychological state of mental torment, often caused by physical torment, but not necessarily. Observing this propelled Buddha’s intrepid excursion into the Cosmos.

So, Diogenes and the Cynics then were bad, dualistic thinkers for largely holding to her constitution?
