Class Action Lawsuit against Big Pharma - Feasible?

The background is this, http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/ ... escription by Bloomberg.

Now given an arbitration verdict of legal process what legal instance is the case supposed to be grounded on? What paragraph of law will make us win such a case? Clearly, Big Pharma is GUILTY, but how? That they have abused power of market position? That they violate their role in society as sizeable company? That they make the nations around the world pay "ransom" for unnecessarily expensive medicine?

Added:
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1988/21/contents - Consumer Arbitration Agreements Act 1988 (repealed 31.1.1997) So, repealed... Clearly... maybe not of use, but the reasoning.
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1996/23/contents - Arbitration Act 1996

Now, how can we bring Big Pharma DOWN!!!? What say you? How will our founding documents look like in doing this? :D

Best wishes,
Necro-

New news: Martin Shkreli has been sentenced on grounds of fraud, https://www.cnbc.com/2017/08/04/pharma- ... -case.html.

This seems to be the established procedure against pharmaceutical companies charging extreme prices for their products.

What about you? Any news? :)

Pharmaceutical companies spend untold millions of dollars on research, much of it unnecessarily demanded by the federal government. They are entitled to the highest profit they can make in a free market, just like everybody else. Left-wing progressive socialists like you are always looking for a free lunch.

"how can we bring Big Pharma DOWN!!!?"

The best way to reduce a 'power' is to not need it. You don't run to the courts, you just (to the degree possible for you) stop giving them your money.

Government (law-makers, -enforcers, arbiters) should be your last stop, not your first or intermediary stop. Take care of 'you' and, mostly, you won't need 'them' (pharma or courts).

I don't think you two know what big pharma is.

It's a conspiracy to enslave the entire world.

When big pharma works to forcibly medicate me, I'll take up my shotgun...till then: meh.

They affect you in ways you don't know about, in ways I forgot about.

Mebbe so...can't be bothered about every possible intrusion when I got my hand full with day-to-day real manure...again: when it's evident medication is being forced on me (instead of just bein' peddled to me) I'll act accordingly...till then: *shrug*.

You haven't heard? It's like, the whole War on Drugs was started by Big Pharma, to increase sales of (legal) drugs.
And overmedicating kids. School shootings are also associated with Big Pharma.

Please, pharmaceutical companies are probably responsible for you even being alive. Your fantasy about them is laughable. I suggest you find another scapegoat for the world's problems.

Big pharma is probably the reason I am mentally ill. They forced pills down my throat when I was a teenager and it has probably damaged my brain.
I knew a genius they forced to eat Prozac, and they lost their genius afterward.

I believe it was doctors who did this, not pharmaceutical companies.
