Hello all, I and am looking for some enlightening discussions on all kinds of topics. I'm especially interested in philosophy as the ultimate guide for life. Sometimes I silently doubt the value of nitpicking (or as we say in holland "ant-fucking") over definitions and invented concepts which many areas of more "scientific" philosophy seem to boil down to. This doesn't necessarily mean that I wont join in with the ant-fucking if it interests me.
Hope I can contribute to some some good discussions!

Here there is mostly ad hom, vociferousness, red herrings, straw men, and misdirection.

Pick a topic and start a thread and let's see if we can impress you or depress you.

If you need to know whom to put on your foes' list, there is a thread on that with my name in it. You can save yourself a lot of trouble by adding all of them to your list too. Just a pre-emptive suggestion.
