Government Fines Are a Conflict of Interest

All government fines for traffic violations or any other reason should be immediately abolished as an improper and obvious conflict of interest since they are merely an underhanded form of taxation by a government lacking the testicular fortitude to call a spade a spade.

Has the government ever fined you?

Here's the main difference between taxes and fines:

Fines are used to punish lawbreakers and aren't based on income while income taxes are based on income.

Many localities have speed traps to issue tickets to unwary drivers to separate them from their money. If you want to punish people, you can put them on the rack or keelhaul them. Furthermore, a traffic fine isn't even pocket change to Donald Trump, but could cause some people who are destitute to blow their brains out.

I think many people would prefer the fine as opposed to the rack. With Donald Trump, who the fuck cares?

If localities wanted to separate people from their money, they can do that more efficiently with an income tax than with a fine. You're just pretending what the purpose of a fine is so you're just distorting the truth.

You are a moron.
You don't know the function of fines, nor the meaning of 'conflict of interest'.

In Switzerland fines are relative to ability to pay. Some guy in a Ferrari got a speeding fine equivalent to the value of his car for this reason.
Perhaps the AEP should have the same policy.

Bloody hell, America certainly is the land of plenty when the destitute can afford to own and insure a car!

Why not do what the Finn's and Swedes do, fine as a percentage of income? That way both Trump and the 'destitute' feel the same pain for their offense.
p.s.
Bugger all to do with it but did you know that in the Finnish driving test you have to be able to power-slide and drift to pass! Explains why they do so well in rallying eh!
p.p.s.
Donald driving his own car

No, I'm sorry, but it is you who neither understands fines nor conflict of interest.

As I have explained earlier, the only proper form of taxation is a single tax on property, property being defined as anything with intrinsic market value.

 And combined with your ideas on inflation and banking can be guaranteed to, if implemented, produce hyper-inflation and crash whichever economy would be stupid enough to do it.

You don't appear to understand the concept of a fine as opposed to a tax.

They're both exactly the same, if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck, and nothing you say can changes that simple fact. And don't come up with that bullshit that it's for different reasons! If you're driving too fast, it's not a fine, it's a luxury tax for speeding.
