Limiting myself, of course, to the spiritual, political and economic.
For the discussion of all things philosophical.

That's good news, I'm not exactly at ground zero, and obviously making progress!thedoc wrote:That is just about the least important question of all.

I was being generous, but if you consider moving toward zero as progress, good for you. When I first started reading your posts I gave you a little credit, but I'm giving you less as time goes on, so you are moving towards zero.bobevenson wrote:That's good news, I'm not exactly at ground zero, and obviously making progress!thedoc wrote:That is just about the least important question of all.
Prophecy is not subject to accuracy, it is a divinely inspired utterance.thedoc wrote:Bob, if your prophecies are as accurate as your misinterpretations of my posts, then you are hopeless.
Yes it is! It's no different than anything else that can be totally false, mangled, made-up, confused, etc.bobevenson wrote:Prophecy is not subject to accuracy,

Only human reckoning is subject to critical review; prophecy is meta-truth, a more abstract and higher level of truth far beyond your comprehension.Arising_uk wrote:bobevenson wrote:Prophecy is not subject to accuracy, it is a divinely inspired utterance.Never a truer fucking word!
There is clearly no end to what you'll make-up to suit yourself and try to validate your nonsense.bobevenson wrote:prophecy is meta-truth, a more abstract and higher level of truth far beyond your comprehension.
While this is quite true about Bob and those like him, you must admit that Bob, BW, BobsaVegan, Peacegirl, and others can be quite entertaining in their dancing around trying to make stuff up to support their position. Satyr was the same, but much too vulgar to be entertaining, he was mostly just annoying.Lacewing wrote:There is clearly no end to what you'll make-up to suit yourself and try to validate your nonsense.bobevenson wrote:prophecy is meta-truth, a more abstract and higher level of truth far beyond your comprehension.
