I think he implies a too strong link between ISIS and the western security services, but aside from that what he says is true. When the west squeeze the tube, ordinary people get covered in toothpaste.
The key aim of the west is the continued destabilisation of the nations of Islam and the preservation of Israel's sovereignty. And what ISIS did independently is nothing compared to the evil that our own nations perform in our name on the peoples of the middle east. US, British and French airstrikes are a form of terrorism more radical and hateful than the paltry efforts at retaliation by ISIS in Paris; both forms of terrorism kill innocent people, and we in the West are masters of that.

I read recent, conspiracy theory don't mean conspiracy practice is non existent.
