A better question would be 'What's the difference between an atheist and an atheist 'jew' '. Go figure.
People and their stupid boxes. Or should I say 'americans and their stupid boxes and pathetic political agendas'?

He sure piled a lot of topics into a short essay!
There is no paradox; every one of those 'odd' juxtapositions is readily explicable through historical events, political and economic transactions, the poor USian education system, especially in the poorest states, and just plain aggressive advertising.
One example that's politically neutral: I say 'Judeo-Christo-Islamic' religious tradition; many people use the more concise 'Abrahamic' religions. The reason Christians think in terms of Judeo-Christian is because that's what their holy book contains. The Jews have a holy book that stops before Christianity was invented; the Christian one stops before Muslims were invented, but refers back to the Jewish one. The Muslims have a holy book written some 300 years after the Bible was compiled, so it has access to both sets of older stories. It's just chronology.
