Can terrorism be stopped 100%

My answer is no. Look at the track record (including the rise of ISIS and Al-Queda in the first place).

This article echoes my sentiments (although the part about taxes I don't see how it reduces anti-terroristic activity). A good question is has Obama been too soft on terrorism?

Hello,

No, it can't.

Also, the term 'terrorism' is again another word for people that muder for their convictions. Were catholics in the 17th century terrorists? I think so. Violence has never stopped, never stops and will never stop. So is terrorism.

And speaking about IS, I think that is a really difficult problem and threat for a lot of people. And certainly hard to wipe out. In these kind of wars there are always innocent people who get hurt, it doens't matter which side you're on. I think everyone should believe their believes, but not in order to hurt other people. You should keep you're faith with you and die with it.

I once heard someone say we should bomb the crux and try to educate the innocents to give them an alternative to believe in.

But then again, when this succeeds, there will be another western-way problem.
