I don't deny the existence of rape on/off campus by college students. This report says the rights of the accused are being troddened by campus authorities. It seems evidently clear that the college authorities conveniently assume guilt without giving the accused a fair chance to defend themselves.

why not let the police investigate crimes? campus cops are barely qualified to investigate littering cases let alone sexual assault
