First issue of Philosophy Now??? Issure 71

Hello everyone.
I just became a subscriber to the magazine. I got an email claiming that my subscription would start with this issue, #71. I subscribed at the end of last month, Jan. 30th. but I still have not received my issue in the mail. I do live in the United States, in Illinois. How long does this usually take? I called a woman last week on the US 1800 number the website has listed and she said I would get my copy this week because they just went out last week. It's Friday, and still nothing. Anybody?
