Learn the local cultures, but also make demands that it doesn't insults the morals of the western soldiers when Afghan men molest boy children!!

Don't use excessive force, when a civilian sits and cuts his meal with a knife, soldiers shouldn't attack the civilian just because he's "armed and dangerous", that is too excessive force!

Since WWII USA has always been a coward to prosecute own soldiers and officers, when the german leaders was on trial there was no "mirror accusations", so they couldn't blame USA for doing the same.
