You are who you are because of the limitation of your internal fear.


The emotion of fear is at THE DEEPEST CORE of your being.

Fear defines EVERYTHING in you and ALL of your outer manifestations.


ALL of your reactions to outer stimulus are rooted in fear.



You; the you who you consider yourself to be, is NOTHING MORE than a momentary expression of fear in an infinity of emptiness.

Yes, but how to be rid of anxiety on better than a sporadic basis?

It's one thing to know there's nothing to fear, it's another for all your conditioned stuff to dissipate. Reprogramming takes more than awareness, it takes real time practice over an extended period and the progress is not always smooth.
